  • We are happy to take on a wide variety of tasks in our customers’ warehouses on their behalf. Firstly, we take on various activities under a contract for work and labour or within the framework of temporary employment. We analyse the processes and develop optimised solutions that increase productivity and reduce costs in the areas of manual assembly, manual processing, system-supported processing and packaging work, finishing, final installation, commissioning and allowing productivity increase and cost reduction through commissioning.
  • Our personnel are carefully selected and trained in accordance with requirements.

Temporary Employment

Norija has a temporary employment licence from the Kiel employment office.

Temporary employment, also known as temporary work or agency work, offers various advantages for both companies and employees.

Experience as an insulation fitter in the manufacture of insulation for various heating, cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning systems would be ideal. Declaring your departure from Lithuania

Please note if you leave Lithuania for more than 6 months. If you leave for more than 6 months, it is important to declare your change of residence. If you leave without declaring it, Sodra will start calculating the amount of compulsory health insurance (PSD) you owe.

You can declare your departure abroad online at www.epaslaugos.lt -> For residents -> Migration -> Declaration of residence when leaving the Republic of Lithuania or by contacting your local district, municipality or migration service.
